Happy 3rd Birthday to The Mitchell Man!!! Can it really be that he is 3? It just doesn't seem possible. He doesn't officially turn 3 until tomorrow (19th) but we celebrated with friends and family on the 10th. Our little Mitchell isn't so little anymore. He is growing up before our eyes. He starts pre-school at Chesterbrook on February 2nd and is very excited to start going to "school". He talks a mile a minute from the minute he wakes up until the minute he falls asleep and is always on the go. Extremely independent, he has to do everything on his own with no help. "I do it myself mommy!" That is a common phrase we here daily!
He had a great party! Grandma & Grandpop Owens, Uncle Andy, Uncle Rob, Tristin & Ken joined us to celebrate. We opened presents, ate gondolas, and had yummy cake. Go Diego Go was the theme. He got some really cool stuff. A new leapster game, a tool set, a Dora House, puzzle, books, blocks, Big Wheel and a car track. Very cool! I can honestly say he plays with all his new toys every day and we have already spent hours and hours playing with the Dora House and Tool Set!
Here are a few pics from Mitchell's party. Tomorrow we are heading out to Chuck E Cheese with Grandma Sweeney, and Grandma & Grandpop Owens for some fun!
