Wow, who would have thunk that in the two days since our house went up for sale that things would get so crazy??? We put it on the market on Tuesday. W/In 24 hours we had 1 call. Today, the calls have been coming in and we have a few more looking today. I sure hope we sell this fast. The boys are at the house with Grandma Sweeney or Sarah so we have to find some place for them to go while people come to see it. Thank god for Jason and his job or I would be taking a lot of time off work to go home and get the house ready and find a place for the kiddos to go.
I have to admit how exciting and scary all of this is. There is so much that goes into buying and selling a home and so much darn money. GEESH!
