This past weekend we took the kids to Rader Farm and it was so much fun! Every year since they opened they have slowly expanded and it is so kid friendly now. They have a farm animal petting area where we saw 3 baby goats who were less than 48 hours old, some baby pigs, rabbits and chickens. We went on a hayrack ride around the pumpkin patch. The boys rode in a caterpillar around the farm and jumped on this HUGE jumpy thing (below). They played on this huge hay stack they had made into a castle forever! Both boys made it to the flag at the top :) We picked out pumpkins and went through the corn maze. The corn maze was really neat. They had all these stations we had to find and when we found one, we had to color a piece of a scarecrow. We found all of them and got a free bag of popcorn! YUM! Such a fun day! I forgot my camera so these pics are a little grainy cause they were on my phone. I'm also attempting to add my first video to the blog so hopefully it comes across ok to everyone.
